We are a low income school. We support the local Air Force Base across the street and we have many students whose families have been recently deployed in the Middle East.
My students need visuals and they need copies. I have been trying to work with the number of copies we are allotted, but it never seems to work. We are also only allotted 1 laser printer per grade level and it is outdated and in need of replacement.
We are a low income school, we support a great number of military students due to being located across the street from an Air Force Base. I am hoping to be able to use the laser printer and copier to help my students have the visuals and copies they need to make learning beneficial. A new AV cart will help me keep the projector and laptop at the front of the room and make the visual aides movable. I want my classroom to look presentable for my kids and make the environment as conducive to learning as possible.
I want to help my students and if using my own paper and resources will help it is well worth it.
