This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My multilingual newcomer students are creative, hardworking, and talented. There is so much for them to learn and thrive in their new school community and their new country.

By donating to my project, you will help to improve my multilingual students' familiarity with folktales and improve foundational skills in math and literacy.

Students will love to have new, engaging centers for practice. The supplies in this project, including the independent learning tools, letter and sound identification skills, will all support instruction for whole-group, small-group, and one-on-one instruction. It is very important for our multilingual learners to receive a strong foundation for phonics, literacy, and math. This project will allow them to have fun while learning independently.

Being equipped with the necessary tools is the key for our multilingual program to be able to thrive in an integrated community school academically.
