Class Set of Headphones for a Peaceful 1st Grade Room!

My students need headphones to help them listen to books, work independently, and quietly help them learn their letter sounds. The headphones will greatly assist my ESL students who are learning English!

My Students

My classroom is part of a Title 1 school and is always full of diverse and wonderful scholars. They are eager to learn and need your help to support them in achieving their hopes and dreams! We have a high percentage of students living in poverty and my goal is to give them access to many opportunities through hands on projects. We are also the English as a second language classroom where new experiences are a vital part of their vocabulary development. They are the sweetest and teach me something new every day!

My Project

These 20 Sony headphones will greatly impact my students and help them learn on their individual technology devices. They have limited resources to be able to afford new headphones, and we use them every day in my room! Independent learning programs such as Imagine Learning, Storia, and Star-fall are such powerful tools to help them read and write.

My scholars love using our chrome books at during their small group stations for math and language arts and these headphones will help them practice their skills.

The math website we use, TenMarks, gives students excellent video tutorials that helps them further understand the concepts. Thank you for making a difference in these students lives!
