Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Dual language classrooms bring two classes together to create an immersive language learning experience. This Dual language program is one of a few of its kind in the region.
A classroom rug will help bring students together in a setting that facilitates engagement and effective whole group instruction.
Our learners utilize listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in two languages to help each other grow academically.
Cultural exchange and global competency are also achieved with this program.
The classroom rug contributes to the learning environment and helps improve interaction between students by creating an educational setting conducive to collaboration.
