Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
For this project, I am requesting magnetic reward jars with different themed tokens to help with behavior management in my classroom. This classroom reward jars would also encourage my students to exhibit positive behaviors such as; homework completion, on-task behaviors, perseverance, kindness, self-regulation, love of learning, gratitude, and teamwork.
Everytime the class exhibits a target behavior, I will drop a token in the jar.
Once a jar is filled, the entire class would get a reward. I think this will be a fun and new way for my students to earn positive reinforcements in my classroom. Thank you so much for reading!
