This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

One of the most powerful tools we have in shaping the future is education, and at the heart of education is a love for reading. I believe that instilling a passion for reading in our students is one of the greatest gifts I can give them. That's why I’ve chosen to introduce our students to the captivating world of books through the novel "Escape From Mr. Lemoncello's Library" by Chris Grabenstein.

I believe this book will not only ignite a love for reading but also foster critical thinking skills and a sense of adventure in our students.

This innovative and imaginative book tells the story of a group of children who are challenged to solve puzzles and riddles within a magical library, and in doing so, they discover the joys of reading, teamwork, and problem-solving.

However, I face a challenge in acquiring enough copies of "Escape From Mr. Lemoncello's Library" to ensure that all our students can participate in this shared reading experience. That's where your generosity comes in. I am kindly asking for donations to help us purchase a class set of this book, allowing us to provide every student with their very own copy.

Your contribution, no matter the size, will directly impact the education and enrichment of our students. Reading is a gateway to knowledge and creativity, and with your support, WE can inspire a lifelong love for books in our young minds.
