My Students
SN Middle School is a Title l school. My students need books in the classroom to help increase their literacy. I am also a new teacher needing to increase the classroom library for the benefit of my students. This library and shelves will be more inviting to my students. My students are in a high poverty area and have little to limited access to their own library. Having a class library in addition to the school library will only increase their opportunities for reading.
My Project
My students need a class library to continue reading in class. I am a new teacher and I have a very minimal book list, as well as storage for them. Most of the books in the picture are textbooks. To encourage my students to read I need a variety of books to choose from. I have chosen several books that I know my students will be excited about! The books also range in reading levels, so to reach all reading levels. With your help, I can provide for my students and increase their reading skills. My students will be very grateful and any help you can give will be greatly appreciated!
