This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Seeing as the school year has not begun, I sadly have not had the chance of meeting all of my students yet. However, I know that this incoming class of second graders are excited to learn and full of life.

My Project

Now more than ever, it is extremely important that students have access to their own materials to ensure we are being safe and not spreading germs. I am hoping to get every student their own pair of headphones to label and keep in their desks so that they will not need to share.

Seeing as my school is 1:1 with technology, having headphones is extremely important.

Students will have many assignments on their chromebooks that require them to listen to different videos or stories. If each student had their own pair, it would make a big difference.
