This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Due to the global pandemic we just faced, my preschool classroom did not receive a circle time rug out of fear of cross contamination.
Now that we are on the other side of these challenging times I would like to buy a circle time rug so my students can regain a sense of normalcy by singing and contributing alongside their peers.
Although things will never fully go back to the way they were before, I believe circle time is essential for building social skills and learning respect for peers opinions in an engaging way.
