My Students

As a teacher at a Title I school, my students are mostly from low-income homes. My students are very happy and eager to learn. They come from many different backgrounds and communities. Although they are all different, we are a family in our classroom.

My students are math loving, hard workers, and enthusiastic learners.

School is so important to my students and gives them a steady environment. In our class we incorporate a variety of learning strategies, group work, and alternative learning options to ensure that each student's needs are met.

My Project

I am looking to add 3 Chromebooks to my technology center in my classroom. I currently can only offer my students 5 computers and I am hoping to add 3 more to that so that we can have a technology center when we do small groups.

Technology opens so many doors for students.

It allows them to get their iReady time in, as well as play educational games such as prodigy.

This year we are also using Google Classroom. The more computers I have, the more I can offer this program in my room. My students love using computers to learn.
