My Students

When you walk into our classroom you will find 23 fun-loving, eager to learn students. We are a small suburban community with everything from farmers to executives. These backgrounds allow us to incorporate different aspects of learning to fully encourage learning in our classroom.

Our classroom encourages learning through experimentation and exploration.

We are a family where it is safe to be who you are and learn from mistakes. I hope this project will ignite their desire to explore the vast opportunities that await them.

My Project

Due to limited funding opportunities in our district, technology has fallen short. We are required to assess our students frequently and with limited access to technology, this can be very difficult at times. The delay in technology frequently causes delays in learning. Funding this project will help my students explore the endless opportunities through technology. They will do this through exploration, assessments, games, and projects. This will help them learn multiplication facts and parts of speech. It will also help with small groups and assist with my assessment needs. These will be utilized daily in our classroom to help with all of these needs.
