Help me give my students chromebooks to help build independence during centers and small group instruction!
FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. Lopez's classroom raised $856

My Project
Having a few extra chromebooks in my classroom would allow students to take charge of their learning when I am conducting small group instruction. During independent work or centers, students can sign into i-Ready (a district-mandate platform) to increase their fluency in Math. Currently, my classroom has 6 iPads for 32 students, so it makes it difficult to make groupings when only 6 are able to log into their individualized learning path at a time.
Having Chromebooks in the classroom provides a great opportunity to close their learning gaps.
Many students will not sign onto this program at home, so having them log in during independent work/centers, I am able to monitor their progress and track the amount of time they are actively working.
I have noticed amazing differences in my students when they are working on their individualized learning path and are actively engaged in the classroom through the use of technology!
