My students need access to technology. My ESL students are constantly working on projects that require internet research as well as being able to create documents of their writing samples. We need chromevooks.

My Students
These students are like my children, I work with the same students year after year. It would be nice if I can make my classroom as inviting as our classroom conversations. My students come from families with many children. Most of them have several siblings. They come from families who struggle to make ends meet, but want the best for their children.
Each of my students has a unique story as to how they got to this country or how their parents immigrated to The United States to create a better life for them.
In my ESL classroom, I work with students of many cultures including Asian, Central American, African, and Middle Eastern. The students are all learning English and are in grades K-5.
My Project
My students will be able to create projects, save writing samples with their Google Drives. They will have ample opportunities to work with technology in the classroom.
ESL students need to be able to access technology and learn how to be 21st-century global learners.
My students come from a variety of countries, cultures, and speak a variety of languages. Most of my students do not have access to technology coming from high poverty areas and are grateful for all the opportunities given to them.
My students will make projects, power points, write poems, essays, short stories, and personal narratives. They will be able to play games to work on their English skills and look up concepts to their math, language, science, and social studies in their home languages for better understanding. My students will SOAR with chromebooks in their ESL classroom.
