Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I am in a Montessori classroom where students are self-motivated in being creative, curious, and life learners. We believe in following the child, so I strive to create a learning environment that is prepared and centered around each children's learning style.
My Project
The three Chromebooks will help with individualized instruction because online programs adjust to a student's ability level and will also allow for essential practice for the online standardized assessments. The whiteboard will allow for the sharing and display of information as well as an opportunity for student responses. By having both, some students can be on the computers while others are learning from the whiteboard. Technology certainly meets many needs; however, the whiteboard will provide a tried-and-true method to instruct each student by providing common information needed by everyone which can be erased and updated easily.
