My Students

Our school is located in a very rural area in the southern part of Utah County. We have a very large school with over 800 children K-6. There are 30 students in each of four sixth grade classrooms. Though the students have diverse backgrounds, they all enjoy school and learning.

We want to hone our 21st century skills, but at present our school is lacking the one-to-one technology we desperately need.

Fortunately, a generous gift of 30 Chromebooks was given to our class. Now, we just need a way to protect, store, and charge our Chromebooks when they are not in use.

My Project

Our students received a generous gift of 30 Chromebooks. However, we want to protect these devices. Therefore were are requesting a Chromebook storage cart in order to have a place to safely store and charge these devices. The students will be using the Chromebooks for reteach and enrichment in math. We will also be working on the Aleks program so that students can get practice in mathematics at their own level. We may also be using the computers for writing and reading practice. We very much need a cart to secure our devices. In addition to the cart, we are also requesting headphones to use while listening to reading passages. Please help us get a secure way to store and charge our new computers.
