The 67 eager fourth graders in my class are excited about learning! My students are making great progress and growth this year. I have found that my students are most successful when they are provided with differentiated learning opportunities that meet their individualized learning styles.
We are a high achieving Title I public charter school with over 40% of our student population receiving free or reduced rate lunch.
We believe in providing our students with an exceptional learning experience. It is very important to us that we help each of our students achieve their very best by setting high expectations and supporting our students as they reach those achievements. As a public charter school, we receive less funding than a traditional public school, yet we are consistently able to do more with less. We are proud of the great progress our students are making and looking forward to even greater achievements.
My Project
We need Chromebook laptop computers for our classroom that stay in our classroom so we can use them every day. We use computers for a variety of educational activities, including Google Classroom, Accelerated Reader tests, journals, announcements, shared writing and reading activities and more.
Understanding and being proficient at using computers is an essential tool in today's education.
I want to ensure my students are successful now and in the future by providing them the technology they need to succeed. These computers will allow me to do that.
The licenses will ensure the computers are safe for student use in the classroom setting.
