This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Our school is not just a school I work in; it is also my son's elementary school and what makes me get up in the morning! I love the bright faces smiling and eager to learn the lessons of the day! Regardless of what life throws at them, they optimistically make their way to school, knowing that they will have a safe, warm and loving environment waiting for them.
My students mean the world to me and I want them to know that the community supports them.

My Project
Please help my students get a Chromebook so that they can learn and use technology. My students are very motivated to complete their assignments when they get to use technology. Many of them come from low income households and do not have the opportunity to use a laptop or computer on a regular basis.
Learning becomes so much more meaningful when you’re having fun!
My students have so much fun selecting books and conducting research. They enjoy typing their writing and publishing their work. I love seeing their faces and how proud they feel when they see their hard work on the bulletin board. Thank you for helping these amazing kids!
