Christmas in the Classroom

Help me give my students a fantastic Christmas and keep them warm with gloves and hats and hydrated with water bottles.

My Project

I have a classroom full of sweet ladies and gentlemen who love school and love to learn. However, many students receive assistance through the free and reduced-priced lunch program and a take-home nutrition program so they have food for the weekend. We teachers, support staff, administration, and community give students all the help we can, but they need and deserve even more. Not all of my student will have the special Christmas memories I have from my youth. I want to give them a Christmas in the classroom to remember.

Imagine them walking into the classroom on the day before Christmas break to find a stocking full of special presents just for them.

Many of my students are in need of gloves and hats, but when they have to go to the nurse to ask to borrow some they are embarrassed. I want to make them personalized water bottles to let them know how much I love them and so they can stay hydrated in the classroom.

Please help me make this a Christmas to remember for my students.
