This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am excited to introduce my students to choose your own adventure reading and writing.
Everyone needs some level of autonomy, and I believe that reading can give students that freedom in choosing their own adventure stories.
I also think writing their own stories after they learn the concept will help them think multi-dimensionally and give them tools for writing and for real life to think about several possible outcomes in a variety of situations.
With the added art supplies of Bristol pad, yardstick, and drawing pencils, I am looking forward to the students creating visuals and advertisements for their books.
