My Project
I will be moving up to fifth grade next year and have plans to do a reading and writing project centered around Choosing Your Own Adventure books. We will read a few Choose Your Own Adventure books as a class, analyzing the style and things that go into this genre of books. Then the scholars will be asked to write their own Choose Your Own Adventure style narrative.
With the project, I would be able to give each student a Choose Your Own Adventure book as a gift at the end of our project.
Giving students at my school a book of their very own is important as most of my families don't have a lot of books at home. Giving them books is a way I encourage and share the love of reading with my students every year.
