This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students enjoy making crafts. They will be excited to learn how China has its New Year till February.

We will make Chinese lanterns!

Each student will be able to use a white paper bag. They will then take it home to share with family how they made it!

I will print Chinese calendar pictures to share with students. We will read the book “ Baby Loves Lunar Phases on Chinese New Year “ And we will take pictures with the backdrop to use in our yearbooks for the month of February!

If this project gets completed my students will have an awesome and great learning experience!
