it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are great. Their lives can be a bit sheltered. They do however need to learn about other cultures.
We are making dragons for Chinese New Year.
I am reading them a book about ancient China for my read aloud. The book talks about the magical abilities of dragons and how good they are.
My students have been asking a lot of questions about dragons since I stated reading them this book. My students were very excited when I told them about the art project we would start. Your generous donations will go to funding these art materials needed to create this project.
