Chilling in Dramatic Play

My Project

While playing in dramatic play the Pre-K students will enjoy sitting down and playing on the table.

Dramatic play, also known as pretend play, is a form of play that can help children develop many important skills.

It can help children: Learn about themselves, Develop social skills, Improve communication and language skills, Nurture creativity and imagination, and Sharpen critical thinking skills.

Dramatic play allows Pre-K students to act out scenarios they've seen or heard in real life, giving them an important emotional outlet as they explore new situations.

Dramatic play experiences are some of the first ways Pre-K students learn about their likes, dislikes, their interests, and their abilities.

Microphones add to the music for the Pre-K students to develop cognitive skills at a young age, which can help them in other areas of their lives. Engaging with music stimulates many parts of the brain.
