This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am looking to give my classroom a more relaxing and chill vibe. I don't want my students to feel stressed when entering my room.

I want my kids to feel safe, comfortable, and ready to learn when they walk in the door.

I currently have some light strip LED lights in my room that have been pushed up against and are worn out, leading to the lights not working correctly. The LED lights I have in this project are rope lights, which are more durable and can stand if a chair accidentally gets pushed into it.

The floor lamp provides extra nonfluorescent light when we need a calm atmosphere.
