This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am asking for help to get more alphabet supplies into the hands of the children.
I am hoping to have more things that offer letters in different forms so that the children see it, hear it nd experience it in different ways.
It is so important for them to have constant models of things in their centers so we can use the charts as a class but then also they can interact with their friends and use them as well. These items are all kid friendly and they can use them as well as them being used as a whole class activity. I love the charts that incorporate pictures as well as the letter and things that make the sound. This is the bulk of what we are learning in PreK to prepare them for kindergarten.
