I teach an amazing group of 5th graders.
They are smart, kind, witty, and helpful. They are the people who will be changing this wonderful world that we live in. These students are responsible and caring. They are becoming great problem solvers and are definitely techies.
My Project
These technology tools are going to help my students connect to the world. I would like to improve student engagement, understanding, and information access in all curriculum areas using these tools Students need these Chromebooks and keyboards to complete research, practice skills, and share their ideas with others. Access to the Internet is crucial for students today.
Students can collaborate using Google Docs and utilize the web and Chrome apps to facilitate learning.
This project will allow students to grapple with content and learning instead of grappling with research and research techniques. The focus can be on the learning and sharing, not the access to content. Technology is an every day part of my students' lives. These tools will help them accomplish great learning. These tools will make a big difference in our classroom.
