My Project

Our school has a diverse population that comes from hard-working families. A lot of our students' extracurricular activities come from school clubs. We would like to start a chess club where 3rd-5th graders can come and learn how to play chess, or enhance their strategy skills.

Chess nurtures critical thinking while teaching students how to communicate and execute complex ideas.... all in a fun, competitive, and engaging atmosphere!

We hope to foster a sense of community while encouraging cooperation, integrity, responsibility, and sportsmanship that lasts a lifetime. Our students deserve it!
