My Project

My students are from an impoverished rural area of the state. More than 98% of my students receive government assistance. Some students only have internet access at school. I afford students the opportunity to use technology in my class before school and during lunch. I even remain in my class after school, so students can be provided with any assistance need.

My goal is to use the MacBook to create a wireless classroom.

Students can complete tasks on the desktop computers, but access to desktop computers limited. Until laptops are issued to students, I will use the MacBook to project assignments. I can freeze the screen of the smart board and give students immediate class and/or individual feedback. I’m the most of the pandemic, I have had to scan, screenshot, or upload students’ assignments. Our main goal is to keep everyone safe, but everyone will be actively engaged in each of my classes
