My kiddos are one of a kind! I like to think that my classroom is one of a kind as well! We are a school of 600 kids in a rural area in Wisconsin and 18 of those kids get to spend their days with me. My students are the reason I wake up in the morning to go to work and the reason I stay up late at night trying to find the next "big" thing. My job is to help them have positive learning experiences. I love the expressions on their faces when they learn something new! I look forward to working with my little students every day and hopefully helping them become little men and women that will make a positive impact on our world.
My Project
We love class transformations. It is one of our most favorite ways to teach some of our trickiest standards. This year we are going to try a Charlie and the Chocolate Factory transformation. We would like to give all the kids Wonka Vision glasses also know as shutter glasses and lickable wallpaper also known as Dot Candy. We are planning to have the kids open Do Not Open envelopes throughout the day with all these goodies inside. We can't wait to see the shocked expressions as they enter our classrooms and see all the fun! Thank you for checking out my project.
