My Project
Covid 19 had an impact on all students. However, it also highlighted the gap in equality in access to technology. Many of our students are from low income families who face challenges of accessing reliable equipment and connections necessary for on-line learning. Incidents for remote learning seldom have much prior warning, for example; illness, family emergency and weather. These charging cords will ensure that anytime our students are transitioned to remote learning they will have immediate access to devices and chargers with no disruption to in person and remote learning time. This project will improve student engagement and academic performance in remote learning and immediate ability to return to in person learning with nod disruptions in instruction and learning time.
