The music students are a group of driven individuals who are working hard to develop their leadership skills along with their musicianship.
This program has experienced some major changes in the last few years with a significant number of teachers which has created some lack in consistency recently, but the students are resilient and just as driven to succeed despite the challenges.
They deserve the best equipment possible in order for them to show off their skills. Our budget can only cover so much each year and we are working hard to rebuild the program.
My Project
We have been fortunate enough to borrow Chromebooks for our AP Music Theory class, but we have no locking storage nor a way to keep them safely charged regularly.
I am asking for a locking, charging cart to keep our loan safe during the school year and our Chromebooks charged for regular use.
Since the AP test is quickly approaching, having access to the online tools to prepare is becoming more significant and we would greatly appreciate the help.
While we can charge the Chromebooks with power strips, we have no place to safely store them and lock them up so that they don't walk away.
