No charger? No problem! Students very commonly forget to charge their chromebooks or personal devices and struggle to complete assignments as a result of dead devices. I am requesting headphones, extension cords, and chargers so that students can use or borrow them when needed. When a charged computer the learning possibilities of my students are endless.
Students will be able to check-out a computer charger and not stress when they leave theirs at home.
One of my goals as a teacher is to create a stress free environment for students that makes them want to actually be a school. Having chargers and headphones for students will help me create such an environment. The ability to check out chargers when needed will provide students with comfort and show that I care.
I am also requesting a blue tooth speaker so that we can listen to podcasts outside for days with nice weather. Everyone needs a nice relaxing class period under the sun, every now and then.
