My Project
I am requesting read aloud books to support our social and emotional learning curriculum. My amazing students love to sing about our kindness, responsibility, and cooperation, discuss our connections to each monthly topic, and practice life skills in our learning community.
Our over-arching focus is to be kind, to be strong, and to be well.
My students face many challenges but they love learning, listening, and reading about their world. These books will be used across four kindergarten classrooms to help students connect to the value that is being discussed and to help them see it in practice.
This collection of books will make a lasting impact, providing students with stories that reinforce character strong values and spark converations about what it means to be compassionate, courageous, and strong.
These books will be put to good use for many years to come.
