This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The material and supplies for this project will be used to create a special painted rock for each unique kindergarten student. Each rock will be their end of kindergarten character award. On each rock I will paint a character trait that I saw in them this year. For example, painted on the top of the rock would be a character trait like witty, loving, friendly, creative, etc. On the bottom side of the rock will be their name, the year, and my name.

My kindergarten students are amazing humans, each one has a unique character strength that I want to celebrate by creating a painted rock character trait award that will last a lifetime.
