Character Education Posters

My Students

"Our character is what we do when we think no one is looking." This quote by H. Jackson Brown, Jr. is what motivated my students to want to inspire younger kids to grow up to be role models for future generations.

My high school students are so fantastic.

They have overcome many obstacles in their lives, and are striving to be role models for younger children. In our society, we deal with drugs and so many other influences. My students want to show the younger kids of the Delta area of Arkansas where we live to be the best they can be.

My Project

My high school students are asking for a high quality camera that they can use to create their character education, full size body posters on a plotter. They want to have these posters placed in elementary and middle schools in our district. We believe that this will impact the students' lives greatly- both the kids in the posters and the kids looking at them in their schools. We also want to have our students speak to the elementary kids before they place their posters in the schools, so they can tell the kids why they chose the route they took to success without drugs and alcohol in their lives.

We have fantastic role models in our high school - politicians, cheerleaders, football players- all are recognized.

We want to share that with the younger kids that you don't have to do drugs and alcohol to be successful and popular in high school.
