This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We have an amazing group of students filled with love and kindness. We came back from spring break with the news that our librarian Ms. Santiago had passed away during spring break. Beyond the library she was also was involved in the Robotics Club as well as the Green School Coordinator. She took the lead on our school beautification.

We would love to have garden beds surrounding the library.

Theses garden materials including the garden bed, soil and seeds would help students honor the great work Ms. Santiago did for the school, students and community.
