My Project

My students enjoy reading and listening to books read to them. This project will accomplish both! Magic Tree House books are great beginning chapter books. This series provides magic, mystery, and time travel in each book. In the books, Jack and Annie travel and learn about topics such as dinosaurs, mummies, pirates, and the Amazon.

Each student will have a copy of Dinosaurs Before Dark that we will read together in class.

When we are finished reading, the students will be able to take the books home to keep and reread. The first twelve books in the series will be in the classroom library. Students will be able to continue reading about Jack and Annie's adventures independently during class.

My goal is to provide my students with engaging books that will help develop a love of reading. Thank you for your support.
