Help me give my students books and tools to get a head start on their learning for next year.

My Students
I always tell each of my World Changers that they will go and change the world, of course for the better. Many of them have not been able to log on during this pandemic due to the bandwidth in their apartment complex. The school provided devices and hot spots, but the connection is very weak. I also have students who are in need of structure. They can't control their home environment and sometimes if they do log in they may log in at 2 in the morning on a Saturday and that is it for the week. They log in to say hello and to tell me they love me. My heart continues to break, but I am striving to be strong for them as well as myself.
I sent out photo albums and books to each of my students earlier during this pandemic and their parents sent messages to say how overjoyed the kids were and how they couldn't put the books down.
I feel confident that if I can get books and tools that relate to what will be taught next year they will have a stronger start and less regression.
My Project
My world changers have not enjoyed distance learning due to limited time we had to prepare and tools to stay focused. I have been blessed to have my world changers again next year. I am so excited to be teaching Science and Social Studies to the entire grade level of children. Not only do I get to teach 20 but about 80 children.
I am confident that children need a head start before we enter back into any building for the 2020-2021 school year.
The truth is my World Changers like many other children have faced trauma. I want the curriculum to be the least of my worries as well as theirs. I have to get these books in the hands of these children this summer so they can have a head start and I want to plan online meetings with them to demonstrate experiments using circuits and magnets.
Summer school may be canceled for us here in Georgia, but learning is never canceled and my World Changers can still learn with the right tools in their homes.
