Challenge-Loving Kids: Seeking Resources to Prepare Them for Future Challenges!
Help me give my students TPT Educational Resources to practice the skills identified as standards in need of support! We have tested some of the resources and we have seen growth already; how much more can we grow!
Many of our students in 2nd grade are behind in several areas already, but, they have shown tremendous optimism about what they can accomplish. They love to be challenged and seek opportunities to grow!
The TPT resources I have selected focus on 2nd grade English Language Arts standards that are aligned to 3rd, 4th and even 5th grade standards identified by our district as areas still in need of support.
Using these resources now will help my students master those 2nd grade standards and build a foundation for success in those same areas in 3rd grade and beyond.
These resources were created or updated with Science of Reading principles in mind and they are designed to follow along with the ELA curriculum selected by the district. My students and I have tested the first unit of resources and I have seen strong growth already. With your help, I would love to have the rest of the year's worth of resources. My goal is to not only prepare my students to be successful this year, but to give them a chance to really soar in the future!
