My Project
I am requesting chairs for my classroom. My students and I are in need of new chairs for a classroom that was old and outdated. Our current chairs are old, rigid, and some are falling apart. Students constantly complain that the chairs are uncomfortable, making it harder for them to focus on the content being shared by the teacher or the assignments they are working on.
Our classroom needs new chairs that are sturdy and safe.
This project will help me provide my students with new chairs so the students can be comfortable. The new chairs are lightweight, so my students can easily move around during their small group rotations. These chairs will also allow my Non- English Language speakers in small groups to learn English and be able to communicate with one another. All my students are working to become proficient English speakers. As a teacher, part of my job is to keep my students comfortable so they can have the best learning experience possible! We would greatly appreciate any assistance to make our learning environment the best place in school.
