My Project
The Kindergarten classroom is a unique place where students begin to build their foundational skills. In Kindergarten, my students use a variety of resources, manipulatives, materials and other supplies throughout the school day. These chair pockets would not only help my students develop organizational skills because they would have a special place for their supplies, but it would also allow my students to easily access the materials they need in a more seamless manner. This would decrease the amount of time spent transitioning and would increase our time on task learning.
