This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are hands on learners with lots of supplies and ready access to technology. They need chair pockets to organize their things and headphones to concentrate on their individual chromebooks!
This project will provide them with just that: headphones and chair pockets for their listening centers.
1st graders struggle with supply management and taking responsibility for their own items. The chair pockets allow them to take ownership of their supplies and thus prolong the life of the school supplies. The headphones will help them focus on their computer programs and can be stored in the pockets as well!
