My Project

My ceramics students are creative young scholars who express their creativity with passion. I am excited to provide them with an opportunity that they have yet to experience: working with underglaze!

My students have gotten the chance to glaze their pieces, but with underglazes, they will be able to make more detailed patterns and designs.

Many of them have already tried to do this with the glazes we have, and they have been disappointed with the results simply because they do not have the right tools. With this variety of underglazes, students will be able to express more creativity in their pottery.
