Help me give my students opportunities to practice skills through fun and interactive centers as well as privacy folders to keep them engaged and focused.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Students thrive through hands on learning, and centers are a great way to incorporate this into everyday lessons.
The materials in our project will be used to create ELA and Math centers for our students to help them practice and master the objectives being taught in each lesson.
The paper will be used to print out the center activities for the students that cover the objectives being taught. The laminating sheets will be used to laminate the centers so that the students may be able to reuse them over the corse of the lesson. The paper cutter will be used for cutting all center activities for the students and the desk shields will be used when students work on independent centers, so that they may focus on their work without distractions. The centers being created will be used in both, small group setting and independently. The centers will target the objectives being taught at different levels to ensure the success of all students. These centers will provide all my students the opportunity to practice the skills being taught through hands on experiences.
