My Project
I teach a k-2 self-contained special education classroom. I have students with a variety of disabilities. I run my classroom with centers. This means I need multiple areas in the classroom where kids can go to learn and play. My students need clear and easy-to-see barriers to where they need to be. I create spaces using furniture and rugs.
We have 2 centers that need rugs and shelves to be set up.
I have 2 rugs and 4 shelves on my list to create these centers. One center is the engineering center where kids can play and build with toys. The other center is the reading center where kids can look at books and relax.
