Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I have an amazing group of 21 diverse Kindergarteners. They are imaginative, creative, funny, kind, helpful and curious. With the current initiative to incorporate more center based learning, where students can engage in learning with peers, and collaboratively solve problem, practice skills and engage in conversations, my class is in need of a few materials.
The materials will specifically help to make Literacy Centers more engaging, and differentiated in different areas of the classroom.
Things like magnifying glasses, floor cushions, and lap desks are but a few examples of these materials.
