Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our academy has 3 amazing orchestra classes! Each class has 6-10 cello players. Not all of our students can afford to purchase their own cello so they can practice at home.
We only have 11 school cellos which is not enough for each student to have their own to take home to practice.
Our academy needs your help to purchase enough school instruments so each cello student has the opportunity and joy to take their instrument home to practice every day and learn that consistent efforts produce results!
These kids are hard workers and enjoy music! You can enrich these young lives with the thrill and responsibility of a new string instrument to play at home!
