My Project
My students are bright, creative, and full of energy. They work hard each week to meet their learning goals and practice kindness, responsibility, and teamwork in our classroom. To keep them motivated and help them build lasting positive habits, I want to implement a Friday reward system.
This project will provide small but meaningful incentives—such as candy, chips, snacks, and cookies—that students can earn through good behavior, academic effort, and leadership.
These rewards aren’t just prizes; they are recognition of the perseverance and dedication my students show every day.
