Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The various bags, tissue paper and cards will be used throughout the school year for celebrations such as holidays and birthdays.
We value the importance of celebrating children's birthdays as it helps to establish a strong sense of identity within a child.
The items will be used through out the year as we continue to build a bridge between home and school. This will allow our classroom community to prosper and celebrate one another. This project will be 1 in a series of 2 different projects to allow this culture of acceptance, resilience and community to prosper in our classroom.
