This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In our third-grade classroom, literacy is at the heart of everything we do. To support our young readers and writers, we’re requesting supplies that will help us stay organized and celebrate their achievements. The badge holders and metal clips will keep student reading badges, classroom jobs, and writing passes accessible and in great shape. The correction tape encourages students to revise and edit their writing confidently, supporting their growth as authors.

We’re also excited to celebrate literacy milestones with birthday badge stickers, scratch art notebooks, scented pencils, and colorful gift sets.

These items will serve as special incentives to reward students for reaching reading goals, completing writing projects, and demonstrating a love for books. With these tools, our classroom will be a place where students feel proud of their progress and motivated to keep turning the pages of their literacy journey.
